"Touch the Heart" is the mother project of WSA Welfare Society Incorporated. This is the continuation of the legacy that "WSA & Friends" started in 2000. A humble beginning of friends and volunteers who spend their time, energy, and resources to reach out to the less privileged.
Our programs consist of creating opportunities for children to live safe, healthy and fulfilling lives. The inspiration and vision came in great part from the countless socio-civic, charitable, educational activities of Wilfred S. Abrigo, founder of WSA Welfare Society Incorporated. Our goal is to act as the physical extension of your compassion and generosity -- providing educational awareness, medical/dental care, disaster relief, and school assistance.

Mission: To promote community involvement in social services to help the less fortunate; and to provide each one of us the opportunity to grow in character and be socially responsible citizens.
